Crown & Anchor Society
How do I enroll in the Crown & Anchor Society?
After completing your first Royal Caribbean cruise, you will automatically be enrolled and start receiving membership benefits (for US & Canadian residents). You also have the option to enroll at any time, even before your first cruise.
If you have sailed with us before but are not yet enrolled, you can contact the Crown & Anchor Society at (800) 526-9723 to sign up before your next cruise. For those outside the U.S. and Canada, call (541) 285-9723. Operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM-9 PM ET, and Saturday through Sunday, 9 AM-6 PM ET. Be sure to have your previous cruise information ready: ship name(s), sail date(s), and booking number(s).
You can also sign up for the program with the Loyalty Ambassador once onboard. It is recommended to use the same email address for enrollment as you use for booking your cruise to ensure all benefit-related communications and cruise points are properly linked.
What are Cruise Points for Crown & Anchor Society loyalty program?
Cruise Points are the way you earn membership status in the Crown & Anchor Society. You can earn one Cruise Point for every cruise night you sail with us, and DOUBLE the points when you purchase a suite. For instance, if you complete a 7-night cruise, you’ll earn 7 Cruise Points, and when you purchase a suite you’ll earn 14 Cruise Points. Further terms and conditions apply. Points are not recorded or applied until after you complete your sailing. For example, if you are graduating from Gold to Platinum tier level on your current sailing, you will not receive Platinum level benefits until your next sailing.
Cruise Points are important if you are a member of the Crown & Anchor Society because the more Cruise Points you earn, the more benefits you enjoy.
What are the benefits of the Crown & Anchor Society loyalty program?
After completing your first cruise, you’ll achieve Gold tier status in Crown & Anchor Society, unlocking numerous exclusive perks such as special savings on cruise vacations, exciting onboard offers every time you sail with us and more.
Members also receive additional amenities, cruise planning benefits, and access to onboard events. The more you cruise, the more benefits you’ll gain.
To ensure you receive all your entitled benefits, always provide your Crown & Anchor Membership number when booking your cruise and make sure you are subscribed to our email communications.
Do I need to bring my Crown & Anchor Membership Number onboard with me?
It’s important to always provide your Membership Number when reserving a Royal Caribbean cruise vacation. Remind your travel advisor to include it. After all, your Crown & Anchor Membership Number is the only way we can make sure you receive all the recognition and benefits you deserve. So, if you forget to include your Membership Number when making a reservation, you should bring it with you and provide it to the Loyalty Ambassador when you’re onboard the ship. Your tier will be automatically printed on your SeaPass card if your number was included when making your reservation.
How do I view my Crown & Anchor Society points and status?
Crown & Anchor Society members can view their points and tier benefits on the Royal Caribbean App or online on your Guest Account page.
If your loyalty information is not listed, add your member number on either the Dashboard screen or within Settings. If you still do not see your loyalty details, email [email protected] for assistance.
How do I get credit for past Cruise Points that have not posted to my Crown & Anchor Society membership?
As a Crown & Anchor Society member, your level in the program depends on the number of cruise vacations you have taken. To receive Cruise Points, please contact Crown & Anchor Society at (800) 526-9723. If you are outside the U.S. and Canada, call (541) 285-9723. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9 AM-9 PM ET and Saturday through Sunday 9 AM-6 PM ET. Please be sure to have information about your previous cruise(s) on hand: ship name(s), sail date(s), and booking number(s). We require proof of sailing to be able to add Cruise Points to your account.
Requests to add missing Cruise Points may be submitted up to 12 months after the debarkation date of your sailing. Requests made beyond this period, will no longer be honored.
Why don’t I see my past cruises after signing in to my Royal Caribbean account?
To view past cruises, sign in to your account and go to the “Past cruises” tab, but bear in mind that cruises and points can take up to 30 days after a cruise ends to display. If no cruises are listed, check that your loyalty information is showing near the top of the Dashboard screen, and if it’s not there, add your loyalty number.
If you’ve added your loyalty number and you still aren’t seeing all of your cruises, email [email protected] for assistance. If you’re not a Crown & Anchor Society member yet, you’ll be automatically enrolled after your first cruise.
Why does a Crown & Anchor member receive a lapel pin?
It is important to us that our onboard staff be able to easily recognize you as a Crown & Anchor Society member. While this information is on your SeaPass® card, by wearing your lapel pin, our onboard staff will be able to recognize you and provide the type of service you expect as a returning guest and Crown & Anchor Society member.
Lapel pins are given to Diamond and Diamond Plus members on the sailing after your new status is achieved. Pinnacle Club members receive a personalized name badge which is shipped to their home address after reaching 700 Cruise Points.
What is a Crown & Anchor Society Crystal Block?
A commemorative Crown & Anchor Society Crystal Block award will be delivered to you during the sailing on which you attain your 140, 210, 280 and 350 cruise points and on every 70 cruise points thereafter. One (1) block is awarded per relationship. Any Crystal Block not accepted onboard by the member will be considered forfeited and will not be shipped to the member post-sailing.
We will only honor requests for crystal blocks that have been verified as missing for a maximum of 12 months from the date of claim submission. Requests for blocks missing beyond the 12-month period cannot be accommodated.
What are the Crown Lounge access benefits for Crown & Anchor® Society members?
The Crown Lounge is an exclusive benefit for Diamond, Diamond Plus and Pinnacle Club members and cannot be extended to include friends and family. Each lounge provides a Concierge to assist with any special needs or requests during your sailing.
On sailings with a high number of top tier members onboard, we may temporarily limit lounge access to Diamond members during peak times (5:00 pm – 8:00 pm). Such restrictions will be communicated to impacted guests on boarding day.
Why don’t I receive my pre-selected amenities on the first day of the cruise?
Diamond Plus & Pinnacle Club Crown & Anchor Society members are eligible to select complimentary amenities which are delivered to your stateroom once onboard. Amenities are per household and will not be delivered on sailings less than 3 nights.
Only one amenity will be delivered on sailings between 3- and 6- nights. All selections must be made at least 10 days prior to sail date and may be subject to change — should your amenity of choice not be in stock onboard, it will be automatically substituted for an item of similar value. Amenities are delivered throughout the sailing. Not all items will be delivered on the same day.
Members and their travel advisors may contact a Loyalty Specialist to select or make changes to their amenity preferences by calling (800) 526-9723 and pressing 9 at any time during the greeting message. All amenity preferences are per household and are based on the selection made by the primary member in the relationship. Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8am – 11pm EST; Saturday and Sunday, 9am – 8 pm EST. Amenities are delivered onboard only and will not be shipped to the member post-sailing.
When does a Royal Caribbean Crown & Anchor Member qualify for a free cruise?
Pinnacle Club members who reach 700 and 1,050 Cruise Points will qualify for a balcony stateroom on a minimum 7-night sailing. Upon reaching 1,400 Cruise Points, and for every additional 350-point milestone, they will receive a complimentary Junior Suite. Cruise fare is covered, but taxes and fees are not included. For more details, refer to the supplemental program terms. Additional restrictions may apply.
As a Pinnacle Club Member, why was I unable to access certain Suite Amenities on my last cruise?
Access to Suite amenities (Suite/Concierge Lounge, Coastal Kitchen and Suite Sun Decks) is reserved exclusively for guests staying in qualifying Suites. Crown & Anchor Society Pinnacle Club members may also enjoy access to these spaces, subject to availability. In situations where the number of eligible Suite & Pinnacle Club guests on a particular sailing exceeds intended capacity, access for Pinnacle Club members will be restricted to the top guests onboard, as determined by their cruise points, and extended to one other non-Pinnacle Club guest staying in the same stateroom. The exact number of top guests who receive access will be determined on a per-sailing basis, depending on the venue’s capacity. Eligible Pinnacle Club members will be notified of their access on the first day of the cruise.
Is my loyalty status recognized by other Royal Caribbean Group brands?
Members can now receive one-for-one tier matching across all three Royal Caribbean Group brands: Royal Caribbean International®, Celebrity Cruises® and Silversea®.
